In 2007 - at the ripe age of 21 - I said "I do" in front of my closest friends and family members. And for planning my wedding in less than a week, I would say things went off perfectly. But there was one thing I didn't do: hire a photographer.
One of the reasons I love to work closely with my couples is that I want to give them the experience I never had and provide them a gallery of moments they can relive over and over. I tell my clients their photos - especially wedding albums - will be a family heirloom one day. It is something I wish I had.

I love to knit for myself and for my kiddos. Hubs still isn't convinced about me making him a sweater, but I sure do love the meditative attributes of knitting and the satisfaction of wearing something I made myself.
